![]() Also, of course, if you like the darker parts of the story you can't go wrong with The Walking Death comics, which were also written by Robert Kirkman and it's an amazing work (and imo it only starts losing steam around issue 100 and something, not sure if it's worth reading to the end, but at the very least until the Negan arc ends). Sandman is a very different beast but it's one of the best fantasy comics ever, Watchmen is required reading imo if you like superheroes, classic Marvel and DC arcs like Chris Claremont X Men run are also really fun (and a big inspiration of Kirkman, he clearly loves superhero comics). Also on sale January 25 is Invincible Compendium Vol. I don't think it was money because Kirkman is behind that, you're free to dislike the changes but being all "but they made it because they don't respect the source material" is weird when the creator of the source material is there lol (just hope he does a better job than with the walking death, which had a stellar first season but the rest just got progressively worse).īut that aside, the comics are finished, if you want more stories I recommend branching out if you haven't read many comics. 3 - Collects 97-144 - MAY180161 - WorldCat - ISBN 9781534306868 Hardcovers Invincible Ultimate Collection, vol. 2 - Collects 48-96 - WorldCat - ISBN 1607067722 Invincible Compendium, vol. I don't see how Amber being black matters at all, and William was already gay in the comics lol. 1 - Collects 1-47 - WorldCat - ISBN 1607064111 Invincible Compendium, vol.
